Elite Fitness is a strength and conditioning program that delivers a broad and universal style of fitness for the elite fitness enthusiast. IV. Student Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:

  • Students will demonstrate appropriate safety practices
  • Students will improve and/or maintain their level of fitness throughout the semester using a pre and
  • Post evaluation for strength and endurance
  • Students will participate in Elite Fitness prescribed daily workouts

V. Topical Outline (Course Content)

A. Daily Workout which includes a warm-up, strength portion (2x a week) and cardio portion. End with core work and cool-down period.
