HACT 165 Elite Fitness
Elite Fitness is a strength and conditioning program that delivers a broad
and universal style of fitness for the elite fitness enthusiast. This course
will focus on interval and high intensity training. This course may be
repeated for a total of two credits towards graduation. Additional fee
required.

III. Catalog Course Description
Elite Fitness is a strength and conditioning program that delivers a broad
and universal style of fitness for the elite fitness enthusiast. This course
will focus on interval and high intensity training. This course may be

IV. Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Students will demonstrate appropriate safety practices
- Students will improve and/or maintain their level of fitness throughout the semester using a pre and
- Post evaluation for strength and endurance
- Students will participate in Elite Fitness prescribed daily workouts
V. Topical Outline (Course Content)
A. Daily Workout which includes a warm-up, strength portion (2x a week) and cardio portion. End with core work and
cool-down period.
