HACT 122 Pilates

Pilates is an organized exercise class which improves core strength. Each class includes toning, streamlining, and realigning of the body without the bulked-up results of more conventional workouts. Consistancy with simple sequences and breath will guide students through a series of exercises for achieving a balanced physical fitness. This course may be repeated once.
