Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:

  • Students will be aware of body composition changes per body fat measurements
  • Students will improve/maintain the strength and endurance of muscles and joints
  • Students will demonstrate appropriate safety practices

A. Daily Workout which includes a warm-up, strength training, core training, and cardio workouts with related assignments as needed
