Activity by Contract 2 is a continuation of Activity by Contract 1.
The course requires students to make weekly contact with the instructor,
complete pre- and post-fitness, evaluations and wellness components, and design and implement
an individual workout program. This course may be repeated once.

III. Catalog Course Description
Activity by Contract 2 is a continuation of Activity by Contract 1.
The course requires students to make weekly contact with the instructor,
complete pre- and post-fitness, evaluations and wellness components, and design and implement
an individual workout program. This course may be repeated once.
IV. Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Students will improve and or maintain their level of cardio respiratory endurance,
- Understand the concept of wellness and be able to recognize the long term benefits of maintaining
- Apply a minimum of three of the seven dimensions of wellness including physical, intellectual,
- Muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and Body Composition
- A high level of wellness for living in today’s world
- Their understanding of wellness
- Students will understand and apply intellectual dimension of wellness as the student creates
- Students will understand and apply physical dimension of wellness through weekly workouts designed by the
- Students will understand and apply social dimension of wellness as they share their personal
- Students will participate in personal daily workouts
- An effective personal exercise program
- Emotional, social, spiritual, environmental and financial as a daily activity

A. Daily workout which includes cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibilty and body composition.
