This course is an introduction to beginning Yoga and Pilates. Students will enhance balance,
flexibility, strength, posture awareness and relaxation. This course may be repeated once.

A. Each class will include a warm-up, followed by instruction on yoga/pilates exercises, personal alignment, breathing techniques,
visualization and relaxation.
