HACT 120 Continuing Yoga
This course provides a continuation for exploring classical yoga postures as well as the history and philosophy of yoga. Each class includes stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques. This course may be repeated for a total of 2 credits towards graduation. Additional fee required.

III. Catalog Course Description

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Students will demonstrate appropriate safety practices
- Students will improve and/or maintain their level of balance, flexibility, and strength
- Students will participate in yoga postures, breathing techniques and focus on the body/mind connection
V. Topical Outline (Course Content)
Each class will include a warm-up, followed by instruction on yoga postures, personal alignment, breathing techniqes, visualization and relaxation.
