HACT 138 Zumba
This Latin-inspired fitness class is designed for all levels of fitness. The
routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms
and core training are combined to tone and to sculpt the body. Students
will learn choreography using such steps as the merengue, mambo,
cha cha, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, and more. No dancing experience is
necessary. This course may be repeated once.
