HACT 125 Power Pump
This course focuses on muscle endurance using several repetitions while working your major
muscle groups. It’s a toning and conditioning class for anyone who would like to add strength
training to their aerobic workout. This course will utilize free weight plates, barbells, aerobic
steps, medicine balls, bands, exercise balls, sand balls, jump ropes, Bosu balls, dumbbells and use of your own body weight to perform a variety of exercises.

Provide students from levels of intermediate to advanced with the tools and
workout regimen to improve overall physical fitness, stamina, endurance and strength.
