SELS2201 GENERAL BIOLOGY:DIVERSITY & INTERACTION
COURSE NO: SELS 2201 CREDIT HOURS : 4 PREREQ: SELS 1200 CO-REQ: MATH 1054, CHEM 1083 ENROLLMENT LIMIT: 24 Required for Biology majors in the School of Environmental and Life Sciences(B.S.) An in-depth consideration of functional and ecological concepts introduced in sels 1200. Topics include: Animal diversity, plant and animal physiology, and the ecology of populations, communities and ecosystems. This course, in combination with SELS 1200 and SELS 2202, forms the foundation for the B.S. Biology major. Credit will not be given for both BIO 2400 and SELS 2201. (3hr.lecture, 3hr. lab).
