SELS4962 INDEP RESEARCH SELS

A Laboratory or field investigation of a biology research problem, performed independently by student, under the supervision of a faculty member. May be repeated for credit, up to a total of six credits; however, only four credits may be used to fulfill major elective requirment. Two credit hours requires six hours of work a week during a typical semester. Prerequisites: Open to sophomores, juniors, or eseniors in SELS majors with a GPA of over 3.0 at the time of enrollment and permission of Executive Director
