HACT 141 Barre
This fitness based class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet as well as other disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates. Students use the barre as a prop to assist with balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high repetitions of small range-of-motion movements. The use of light weights and mat/core work will be incorprated into the course. This course may be repeated once for credit.
