EDUC-3100 Foundations of Schooling
An exploration of the various disciplines that are foundational in understanding American education. The course is interdisciplinary in that it explores the philosophical, social, political, and historical issues and ideas that have informed the growth and development of education in America. Sophomore standing is required. Students not pursuing teaching endorsements are welcome but strongly encouraged to contact the instructor prior to enrolling. Formerly EDU-301.
