DEDL 602 Financial Decision Making, Planning, Managing Schools & Facilities

This course explores financial aspects of educational institutions with particular emphasis on the use of financial information for decision-making. Specific topics will include financial analysis, budget creation and budget oversight. Educational funding mechanisms will be examined and case studies of financial crisis management will be utilized.
