DEDL 600 Leadership: Decision Analysis Through Change and Transformation
Particular attention is given to management and leadership techniques and behaviors that facilitate effective change and transformation efforts. Particular attention will be paid to ethical behaviors in decision making. this course will also examine the planning process as it relates to institutional change and transformation. Specific examples of change and transformation will be examined through real world case studies.
