THEA-2000 The Art of Film
(CREATIVE EXPRESSION, ENGAGING DIFFERENCE) This course introduces students to the art and craft of filmmaking, encouraging them to view movies with a more critical eye. We discuss and analyze films, and students create brief film projects using only their personal devices. The course involves reading from a required text, screening feature films and film clips, and group discussions. Formerly THE-200.
