LEAD-3074 Organizational Ethics

This course examines the ethical thought and behavior in organizations. Special attention is given to interpersonal and organizational conflict and enhanced communication abilities. Extensive use of case studies and personal assessments provide practical application. Please note: This course may be offered in a co-listed format with LEAD-5001. Students planning to enroll in the 3+1 Master of Organizational Leadership program should wait to take the graduate-level version of this course during their senior year. Formerly BUS-275.
