LEAD-3210 Organizational Behavior

Explores how people behave and interact in the workplace, focusing on team performance, leadership styles, employee motivation, and organizational culture. It covers conflict resolution, organizational change, and cross-cultural communication. Please note: This course may be offered in a co-listed format with LEAD-5005.
