LEAD-5001 Organizational Ethics
This course examines the ethical thought and behavior in organizations. Special attention is given to interpersonal and organizational conflict and enhanced communication abilities. Extensive use of case studies and personal assessments provide practical application. The course also explores ethical theories and the process of ethical decision-making to develop a stakeholder approach to leading organizations.
