Pets/Animals on Campus
The University does not permit animals of any kind in its facilities, except service dogs assisting their owners.
The rules for people bringing pets on campus include:
- All pets must be attended by their owners and on leash while on campus.
- Pets may not be tied up on campus.
- Pets are not permitted in the Bastyr garden area in Kenmore.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
Due to changeable weather conditions, please do not leave your pet in a vehicle. Animal Control officials will remove animals held in automobiles if they feel the animal is at risk. They will break the car window if necessary to remove the animal. Visitors to the campus may also lose their privilege to return.
