BIOS3820 BASIC TISSUE CULTURE

This course examines both the theoretical and practical aspects of basic tissue culturing. It provides students with basic training to conduct biological studies utilizing cell based experimental systems. It is a major elective for Biology Majors (B.S.) in the School of Enviromental and Life Sciences who are on the MOlecular Biology track. 3 hours of lab, 3 hours of lecture. Prerequisites: 16 credits of Biology or permission of the instructor.
