BIO3815 MICROTECHNIQUES

Experience in the preparation of biological material for microscopicexamination; fixing, embedding, sectioning, mounting, staining; preparation of whole mounts of small specimens. (Two 3 hr. lec./lab. periods: many procedures require the student's presence at times in addition to scheduled class hours).
