SOC-496 Guided Research

Guided research is faculty-supervised research that may be collaborative or independent in nature. Guided research is distinct from independent study (494) in that it carries an expectation for original research or creative activity that culminates in a final presentation, paper, display/demonstration, or performance. Enrollment requirements may vary and students should coordinate with departments and advisors to identify possible faculty to supervise the research.
