Course Number: PA 5970 Semester Hours:Three (3) Prerequisites: . PA 5750 Social Entrepreneurship . FIN 5300 Business Finance or MKT 5400 Marketing Management . SW 5301 Social Welfare Policy I or SOC 5060 Social Justice Policy Limitation on Enrollment: Fifteen (15) Course Description: This internship course provides students with an opportunity to gain field experience that will enhance and complement their academic learning on social entrepreneurship and social enterprises. This practicum course is designed to provide a structure that will enable students to make connections between what they learned in the classroom and what is practiced in the field, to enchance their entrepreneurial skills, and to engage in social missions of social enterprises.
