PA 5615 ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

An examination of the legal and administrative problems of controlling the environment for the protection of public health, the enhancement of the quality of life and the preservation of essential resources. Legislative and legal efforts, including litigation and regulatory processes, related o environmental issues such as water and air quality, land use, solid waste. Particular attention on intergovernmental relationships in the administration of natural resources and the management of environmental conflict.
