CABW 113 Intermediate Cabinetmaking
This course offers an in depth look at the procedures that are applied to cabinetmaking design, construction and layout. Students will learn how to machine cabinet parts for an array of different styles and techniques. Doors types and styles will be covered as well demonstration of hardware installation.

Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Gain an advanced understanding of the basics in door construction, installation, and onsite construction procedures for cabinets and furniture
- Gain the ability to make door cut lists, machine parts out and assemble
- Know how to use all shaper, routers, and various other equipment in the construction of doors
- Learn lip, flush, and overlay applications
- Know how to shape edge treatment on doors using various equipment
