LEAD-4015 Leadership Theories, Styles, Realities

This course is designed to challenge students to apply the theoretical and philosophical aspects of leadership to their organizations. Topics addressed include leadership style, motivation, group process, team building, communication, power and authority, and ethics in leadership. Please note: This course may be offered in a co-listed format with LEAD-5015. Students planning to enroll in the 3+1 Master of Organizational Leadership program should wait to take the graduate-level version of this course during their senior year. Formerly LSP-201.
