LEAD-4010 Team Building and Leadership
This course emphasizes the formation and development of teams in diverse organizations through effective leadership and the use of team-building strategies to achieve organizational effectiveness. Please note: This course may be offered in a co-listed format with LEAD-5010. Students planning to to enroll in the 3+1 Master of Organizational Leadership program should wait to take the graduate-level version of this course during their senior year.
