BUS 325 Operations Management

Introduces the fundamentals of transforming inputs into outputs. Explores how companies match supply with demand and allocate resources efficiently. Skills gained through this course are essential to starting a business as an entrepreneur, managing an ongoing business and participating in the business environment as an individual with management responsibilities.
