FIN 5350 MACROECONOMIC RISK MANAGEMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY

This course is developed to offer students a wide array of macroeconomic diagnostics to identify major macroeconomic shocks and subsequent policy measures necessary to ensure effective risk management in both financial and non-financial enterprises. Students are expected to learn the theories and mechanisms of output growth, interest rate, inflation, exchange rate, and other macroeconomic issues. They will learn how to identify, assess, and mitigate key risks associated with enterprises operating within and beyond economies and financial markets. This course requires the knowledge of principle- and intermediate-level macroeconomics.
