STME 1605 INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAMMING IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING

Introduction to computer components and operating systems, programming concepts, procedural programming, use of object-oriented libraries, text file input/output, and structured text data processing. Content will focus on problem solving in science and engineering data analysis, strategies in solving scientific and engineering problems with programming, and real examplesand actual applications in biotechnology, physics, and math.
