STME 1100 CHEMICAL SYSTEMS II
A continuation of Chemical Systems I. A thorough discussion of the basic principles of general and inorganic chemistry such as solid and liquid states, solutions, chemical kinetics and equilibrium, acid/base theories, chemical thermodynamics and electrochemistry. Mathematical relationships and problem-solving are stressed. It will also include advanced versions of classical experiments and an introduction to modern instrumentation.
