HLTH 255 Wellness Through Healthy Living

This wellness course introduces students to all seven dimensions of wellness (physical, intellectural, emotional, spiritual, social, environmental, financial) and allows students to practice making changes in each dimension by establishing, practicing, and reflecting on individualized SMART goals related to health and wellness concepts. This course provides an overview of current health topics relevant to students and stimulates awareness of personal health decisions and their relationship to optimal self-care patterns and lifestyles. This course meets the general education requirement for wellness.
