DMSC-713 Empowering PA Leaders
Participants will identify and strengthen inherent leadership styles. Lessons will augment interpersonal communication skills, team-building capacity, psychological safety, cultural humility, and consensus building. There will be a focus on evidence-based strategies to develop personal resilience and a growth mindset and support the development of similar attributes in others, in addition to leading during times of change, crisis, and conflict.
