This course provides a thorough introduction to the elements that comprise a Jyotish chart and what it can reveal from the standpoint of Ayurvedic causative or contributing factors. Grahas, Rasis, Bhavas, Rulers & influencers of the Bhavas, Lagna and Lagna Lord, Nakshashtras, Mahadashas and Bhuktis and their influence on dosha, gunas, timing and what information this can provide in an Ayurvedic medical context. Also covered, is the importance of considering the general meanings and significations of these various aspects within the context of the uniqueness of a particular chart and what the owner of the chart has done in life to enhance strengths or exacerbate challenges to one's own health and well-being.
