SCI107 Principles of cGMP and Quality Control in the Biosciences
This course will introduce students to the concepts of quality control and validation and the relevant regulations and manuals governing their implementation in the workplace. Emphasis will be placed on the impact of these quality systems on the laboratory technician and the role of governmental and non-governmental oversight in ensuring the quality of the products of regulated workplaces. Quality control concepts will include the standards, statistics, and charts used by quality control technicians.
