MKT 3640 SALES MANAGMENT
This course examines the activities and issues related to sales managers. Discussion topics include: selling process, developing forecasts, territory design, sales force planning, budgeting, sales force recruiting, training, motivating, performance evaluation, and sales force compensation. Students are also provided with a good understanding of ethical and legal responsibilities of sales managers. Formerly MKT 3435.
