PSYC-3950 Professional Pathways in Psychology

In this course students will prepare for career and graduate training opportunities beyond the bachelor's degree. A practical investigation of careers will be undertaken and result in materials necessary for application for jobs and graduate careers. Students will also practice interview skills for jobs and for graduate training and consider strengths and interests for various career options within the broad field of psychology and beyond. During the course, students will construct a portfolio including a cover letter, resume, CV, and statement of purpose. This course should be taken in the spring of junior year. Formerly PSY-395.
