ANSC-1300 Introduction to Sociology

(SELF & SOCIETY, ENGAGING DIFFERENCE) This course explores the fundamentals of sociology: what sociologists do, how they do it, and influential ideas from classical and contemporary research. Students will conduct original research projects, using evidence to uncover causes and consequences of social phenomena that intrigue them. Formerly SOC-100.
