CMT120 Codes and Inspections

This course covers building codes and the code inspections process used in the design and construction of residential and commercial buildings. Emphasis is placed on commercial, residential, and accessibility (ADA) buildingcodes. Upon completion, students should understandthe building code inspections process and apply building code principals and requirements to construction projects.
