BIO 3820 BASIC TISSUE CULTURE

Fundamentals of animal and plant tissue culture. Laboratory exercises included methods of establising and maintaining primary tissue cultures and the culture of established cell lines. Prerequisites: 16 credits of Biology including Bio 2400 or permission of the instructor.
