BIO 3000 MARINE BIOLOGY

The interrelations of marine plants and animals with their environment. Topics include: primary production, symbiosis, predation, energy flow, and zonation. Effects of salinity, temperature, light, dissolved oxygen, tides and wave action studied. One weekend field trip required. (3 hr. lec/3hr. lab.) Equivalent given summers at N.J.
