ASEP 107 Heating & Air Conditioning*
This course covers automotive heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems found on modern vehicles. This course is designed to give students the opportunity to explore thermodynamics and air delivery control systems used in the automotive industry. On-vehicle diagnosis will be performed by students once they demonstrate their understanding of HVAC system operation. The emphasis of this course is to develop the skills necessary to diagnose and repair concerns related to the operation of all air conditioning systems. This course is repeatable for Tech Prep students. Prerequisite: ASEP 106.
