DIET 115 Basic Diesel Engines

In this course the students, through disassembly and reassembly, gain knowledge of diesel engines. They learn identification of parts, the use of proper tools, and the importance of shop cleanliness. With the use of precise measuring instruments, they learn how to measure areas of wear pertinent to diesel engines. Prerequisites: Instructor Permission.
