SPAN-2001 Spanish Language and Culture III

(TEXTS & CONTEXTS, ENGAGING DIFFERENCE) Semester-sequenced intermediate course in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing Spanish, focused on cultural understanding and proficiency in communication. Introduces students to Hispanic and Latinx cultures and histories, as well as to other cultural and linguistic communities living within Spanish-speaking societies. Taught in Spanish. This class is not designed for students who grew up speaking Spanish; those students should enroll in SPAN-1003. Formerly SPA-201.
