BIOL-2224 Human Anatomy and Physiology I

(SCIENTIFIC REASONING LAB) This course is the first of two providing a comprehensive study of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Selected topics include body organization, histology, cytology, the integumentary system, the musculoskeletal system, and the nervous system. Class includes both lecture and lab. Clinical applications will be emphasized. This course is designed for students majoring in Exercise Science or Biomedical Science and other students interested in the health sciences. In addition to taking the requisites listed below, students wishing to enter the health professions should also complete BIOL-2202 and BIOL-2202L. Formerly BIO-224.
