Students living in a residence hall must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester units and maintain a grade point average of 2.0. Students are also required to participate in the food service program that serves meals in the Student Center. College staff and resident assistant’s whose primary duties are to help with problems and to enforce residence hall rules, supervise the residence halls. The deposit is refunded in full when a student moves out of the residence hall unless there are unpaid charges.
