ENGL 2750 British Lit 2
This course is a study of selected works of British literature from the late eighteenth century to contemporary British texts. Representative writers may include the Romantic poets, Tennyson, Browning, Rossetti, and selected moderns. This is a writing intensive class which includes writing four analytical argument essays of 4-6 pages. Course emphasizes investigating historical and cultural contexts, applying reasoned analysis, and comparing themes and structures of different texts. C-ID: 165

Successful completion of English 1500 with a grade of 'C' or better; 48 hours lecture
