CHEM 4184 INTRODUCTION TO MOLECULAR MODELING AND ITS APPLICATIONS

Introduction to the use of computational chemistry and molecular modeling as tools for the solution of real-world research problems in chemistry and biochemistry. Students must have a fundamental understanding of structural organic chemistry, thermodynamics, kinetics, elementary biochemistry and the general principles of quantum chemistry. (3 hr. lec.)
