The University offers baccalaureate degree-completion programs, minors, and graduate program options on the campus of Ocean County College (OCC) in Toms River. Established in 2006, this partnership with Ocean County College provides articulated degree plans by which students complete a course of study at OCC, earn an OCC associate’s degree, then continue their studies on the OCC campus with Kean courses leading to a Kean bachelor’s degree. Kean Ocean also offers courses each semester at OCC's off-site location, OCC Manahawkin, located at 195 Cedarbridge Rd, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
In general, Kean-Ocean operations follow all standard Kean University policies and procedures. All academic and student services are administered by their respective offices and authorities in Union. Kean Ocean classes & programs follow the Kean University Academic Calendar and Kean University Schedule.
Weather and emergency closings follow the Ocean County College delayed opening and cancellation announcements, all Kean Ocean students, faculty, and staff should sign up for Viking Alerts to receive text, email, or voicemail messages for emergency notification, in addition to Kean University's Campus Alert for Kean Ocean.
