MATH 4550 STAT QUALITY CONTROL

Shewhart's control charts; moving average charts; statistical process-control techniques; capability, stability and quality; charts for binomial and Poisson data counts; three way control charts; acceptance sampling; estimating fraction noncomforming. Computers will be utilized. Three (3) semester hours. Semester Hours: Three (3). Major Elective. Prerequisite(s): MATH*2526 or equivalent.
